Creamy Cashew Butter Cookies

Cashews will forever be my favorite nut, which is why I use Cashew Butter on everything. 

Here are The GOLDEN Creamy Cashew Butter Cookies that I get asked about daily and there is a reason why!⠀

I’m always lucky if I get them in the oven without eating the dough raw. They are full of healthy fats, high in magnesium and promote a healthy skin glow.

Ingredients:

– 1 Flax Egg (1 Tablespoon Flax & 2.5 Tablespoons Water)⠀⠀⠀

– 1 Teaspoon Ceylon Cinnamon⠀

– 1/4 Cup Oat Flour⠀⠀⠀⠀

– 1 Cup Almond Flour⠀⠀

– 1/3 Cup CREAMY Cashew Butter⠀⠀⠀

– 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract⠀⠀⠀⠀

– 1 Tablespoon Unsweetened Cashew Mylk⠀⠀⠀⠀

– 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda⠀⠀⠀⠀

– 1 Cup Dark Chocolate Baking Gems⠀⠀

– 1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt⠀⠀⠀⠀

– 3 Tablespoons Raw Mānuka Honey⠀⠀⠀⠀

– 1/4 Cup Melted Coconut Oil⠀⠀⠀⠀

– A Pinch of Maldon Sea Salt⠀

To Bake:

1 Preheat your oven to 325°⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 Mix the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients separately ⠀⠀⠀⠀
3 Then add the dry into the wet and whisk well⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀
4 Spoon out your dough onto your baking sheet (about 2 tablespoon pieces)⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀
5 Bake for about 15 minutes⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀
6 Let them sit out for 10 minutes before enjoying⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀
7 Sprinkle with Maldon Sea Salt Flakes⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀
8 Serve with Cashew Mylk⠀⠀⠀
